  • Is there an office on sight?
    No, there is not an office onsite, but you can call (276) 623-3222 for assistance during the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and someone will assist you.
  • How soon can I move in and how often can I access my unit?
    You will be able to move in once you complete the lease/contract agreement and pay your deposit. You will then be given two access codes; one for the gated entrance and one of your choosing for your unit (we will have administrative access), then you can move right in! When you receive your codes you will have access to your unit 24/7.
  • Do you have water and electricity?
    Water is available in 2 locations for filling fresh water tanks. Each unit will have a 20 amp receptacle, which can be used for an additional fee. Heating units will not be allowed.
  • How about insurance?
    You are encouraged to have renter's insurance, as we are not liable for damage to contents stored in each unit. .
  • What size are the roll-up doors?
    All doors on oversized units are 12 ft. wide x 14 ft. tall. Wide enough to make backing in easier, and tall enough to fit the tallest 5th wheel campers and motorhomes. All doors on standard sized units are 9 ft. wide x 8 ft. tall.
  • How tall are the ceilings?
    Ceiling height is 16 ft. tall in all oversized units, and 10 ft. tall in all standard sized units.
  • Are heating units allowed?
    Heating units are not allowed. We highly recommend winterizing your vehicle during cold weather.
  • Do you require a lease agreement?
    Yes. A lease agreement will be sent via Docusign to your email for your review and signature. We lease month to month, but also offer a discount if paying for a full year in advance.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Yes. A deposit of 1 month's rent is required which is refundable upon termination of the lease.
  • What type of security do you have?
    Completely fenced with coded gate access. Multi-camera video surveillance. Coded locks on each unit. Security lighting.
  • Do you have climate controlled units?
    The units are not climate controlled at this time, but are constructed with special materials to prevent issues with condensation.
