No, there is not an office onsite, but you can call (276) 623-3222 for assistance during the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and someone will assist you.

You will be able to move in once you complete the lease/contract agreement and pay your deposit. You will then be given two access codes; one for the gated entrance and one of your choosing for your unit (we will have administrative access), then you can move right in! When you receive your codes you will have access to your unit 24/7.

Water is available in 2 locations for filling fresh water tanks.

Each unit will have a 20 amp receptacle, which can be used for an additional fee. Heating units will not be allowed.

You are encouraged to have renter's insurance, as we are not liable for damage to contents stored in each unit.

All doors on oversized units are 12 ft. wide x 14 ft. tall.

Wide enough to make backing in easier, and tall enough to fit the tallest 5th wheel campers and motorhomes.

All doors on standard sized units are 9 ft. wide x 8 ft. tall.

Ceiling height is 16 ft. tall in all oversized units, and 10 ft. tall in all standard sized units.

Heating units are not allowed.

We highly recommend winterizing your vehicle during cold weather.

Yes. A lease agreement will be sent via Docusign to your email for your review and signature.

We lease month to month, but also offer a discount if paying for a full year in advance.

Yes. A deposit of 1 month's rent is required which is refundable upon termination of the lease.
